Great little complex. The good: No wait list, facilities are well maintained, pet friendly. The bad: no washer/dryer hookups. A little more expensive than the market backs up right now, and some residents are less accomodating here than other places I've lived. No real amenities.

Horribly horribly infested with roaches it’s disgusting. The construction is very badly done; the floor has inclines in random spots and exposed crawl space. The toilet is unsteady. My neighbors have the same issues. They don’t mow the lawn much it gets very tall and there’s dog poop everywhere. There’s very minimal handicap parking and the parking spots are uneven. We will be moving out as soon as we can.
