I have lived here for 5 years, I have excellent neighbors here in building 12. I do appreciate that the maintenance team comes and does whatever repairs I call about, which has only been a few, and they clean up afterwards, you don’t even know they were here. They keep the premises clean and well kept, and it’s very peaceful here.

I love that Knollwood creates these social gatherings for their Residents. The pool area is always very clean and I enjoy being there, so when they are hosting a dinner, it makes it really nice.
