We want to take a moment to thank Tera and her staff for always taking care of us and making sure all our work orders are taken care of quickly. The community is really nice and everyone who lives there should care about it like the staff does. Parking is tough but they are working on new assignments which should help.

I have lived here for about 6 of the past nine years and there was a rough patch in recent years, and seeing so many negative reviews that really aren't fair caused me to post this. The management is really great here now. They are helpful and do their best to handle any problems in a timely manner. There's all these complaints about parking and Towing, well since its so close to the college they have to enforce parking because college kids try to get out of paying for parking at the college and try to park nearby and if they were lax on parking enforcement there would never be any parking, so yes getting parking passes is necessary for guest and for new cars and they have a number you call to get a temp pass 24/7. It may be a hassle but it would be worse if there wasn't any parking. Anyway this overall is a nice place to live.
