We recently had to make an urgent visit to California on family illness. We stayed at the rental suite at Amerige Pointe apartments in Fullerton, CA. We were quite pleased with the suite, it was comfortable, well equipped, we had TV, WiFi, and a comfortable bed. We were walking distance to grocery store, shops, and restaurants. We discovered a shortage of cooking pans and these were brought to us immediately. We were thankful to be able to cook breakfast and small other meals in the galley kitchen. It was nice to be able to relax on a cough instead of chairs as would occur in a motel. And the cost was most reasonable. It was a last minute trip and everything (airfare, car rental) was expensive so we were grateful for the reasonable rental fee. Another plus for us, we were close to relatives. Thank you.

I just moved in a week ago and I can't express how much I love my new home. I was searching for the perfect home for me and my son for long time, and Amerige Pointe was the one! I want to thank Jack and his team, Sasha for my smooth move in from the day 1 that I first visited AP. I didn't have an appointment, I just walked in, but Jack didn't mind. He took extra time to show me the unit and other amentities. He was very clear on the move in process. I happened to move on Sunday and since I moved in from 120 miles away, my ETA was around 11 am before the leasing office opens. However, Jack made all the arranngement to open the unit so that I could start move in, however, my ETA chaged to 9:30. I called the office but obviously no one answerd so I called urgent maintenance line and left a voice message. A while later, Miguel, maintenance manager called me back. But unfortunately, he wasn't aware of my situation. He told me that he will find out and get back to me. That's when I started freaking out, what if they are not able to open the unit and I and the moving company drivers have to wait 2 1/2 hours??? Miguel called back(thank GOD) and he said no problem, he made sure that the unit will be opened when I arrive. I arrived at exacly at 9:30 and guess what? Miguel was standing in front of the unit although it was his day off... He wanted to make sure that I was okay and start moving in. He also walked me through how to turn on lights/AC/other things in the house. When the leasing office opened, Sasha came to my unit to do the inspection, and she was so nice and kind. Thanks Jack, Sasha and Miguel for your professionalism and a great customer service! I started loving AP even before I moved in because of all of you! You all deserve more than 5 stars!!!
