I recently worked with Jessica to move into my new apartment at Alpine Village Apartments, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Given my unique situation—balancing a tight schedule and specific packing needs—Jessica was a lifesaver. She took the time to understand my requirements and created a customized plan that made the entire process seamless. Her attention to detail and proactive communication ensured that everything went smoothly, even when unexpected challenges arose. Thanks to Jessica, my move was stress-free, and I settled into my new home with ease.

I’ve lived at a Riedman property for nearly two years and so far, I have nothing but positive things to say. My interactions with staff of various positions (office and maintenance) have been wonderful since the day I signed my lease. I am always met with professionalism, kindness, attention to detail and prompt resolutions. There has only been one instance of having an issue with a neighbor. The management office was quick to return my call, listen to my concerns and provide an action plan to address the disturbance. My concern was completely resolved within 2 days. The community that I live in is very quiet and the management office ALWAYS takes swift action to maintain just that. Other than my incredibly loud upstairs neighbor (no fault of Riedman!) I am very pleased with the where I live, how well the property is always taken care of and the staffs attention to residents’ concerns and satisfaction.
