Welcome to Maryland School Apartments! This property is split into two different buildings. The School House has 15 upper and lower level freshly renovated apartments. Phase Two has 24 upper and lower level freshly renovated apartments. All of our apartments are all electric. Located behind Phase Two we have a large yard that can be used for quality time with family or simply walking your animals. If you decide you need a change of scenery you can walk over to the Springhill Commons to walk a lap around the pond and see the wildlife it brings with it.
