Great place for childfree couples or individuals who live alone. Management is top tier and maintenance is prompt and very courteous. The property is pet friendly as well, and there are parks nearby to walk your dogs. Location is great, super close to downtown and old town, very short drive to Sawmill Market and several restaurants and bars. In unit washer/dryer, wardrobe, fridge, and microwave. It is also gated so we haven’t had any issues with vehicle vandalism/theft. Utilities are also included and the internet works great 99% of the time. The only downsides are no oven, and parking is pretty minimal, so I would not recommend having a vehicle if you intend on living here.
