We haves lived in the first building since it opened. Amenities are slow to be opened, delayed more than 6 months beyond what we were told at lease signing. Very dog friendly community. Very friendly community overall. It is more pricey than average for Milford. Apartments are larger than average. Appliances are smaller than average. Underwhelming cabinet space in kitchen. No elevators. No assigned parking. There has never been a parking shortage.

Not only was the model unit beautiful, but Shaneice and the other staff that assisted us were amazing! She knew what she was talking about and answered so many of my questions before I could ask. I’m looking forward to possibly working with her and living here in the future. Great job Shaneice, and thank you again!
