We have lived here almost 4 years this management team is great had stove issues and now they are fixed the leasing guy isn’t here a lot because he is dealing with more properties and has his own family but if we need something it’s usually done and the mantience guy is so nice skip is his name

I love my apartment and most especially my neighbors, but I truely feel some more speed bumps would be beneficial. Cars zoom through here like crazy even though it is not a public road. Also a few of my neighbors have had some problems getting things fixed.
