I lived here for a little over two years and I was completely impressed with the experience from start to finish. Some notes: From my very first tour until moving out, the entire office and maintenance team has gone above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. They answer questions and address maintenance requests quickly, and they go out of their way to chat here and there or give my dog a treat. Absolutely no complaints. Huge shout out to Dallas, Afton, Chris, Mike, and Jack for making me and my dog feel so welcome during our time here! The apartments have been great to live in — lots of natural light from the oversized windows, nice appliances and quartz counters, heat and AC work great, can't hear my neighbors at all. The same goes for the grounds — the landscaping, parking areas, and paths are well-maintained and clean. The entire place is also very well-lit, so it feels safe when I'm coming home after a late dinner or movie. The broader neighborhood is a great place to live if you want to be somewhere walkable. There's a cafe/coffee shop, a few restaurants, a hair salon, and a little market all within walking distance. There are also two parks within a few blocks, which is a nice perk if you have a dog (or kids). Neighbors are generally easygoing and friendly so it feels like a community — I've even made friends with quite a few neighbors, who I have over for wine nights once a month. In short, I highly recommend living here. If I wasn't moving out of state, I'm sure I'd still be here!
