If you work at any of the Hamilton Health Science Hospitals this is a prime location for you Jurvinski Hospital is just down the street and St. Joes just down the Jolley Cut. Tons of Shopping amenities the mountain offers, short ride to Limeridge Mall, and or the downtown core with its huge number of restaurants and shops for all your needs. Access to all transit right is right there. This UPDATED LARGE 2-bedroom basement unit offers the following: You enter into a very large eat in kitchen as you come down the stairs, new stainless-steel appliances, with dishwasher. There is lots of space for storage for boots and shoes and also down the hallway to the bathroom area for this as well. The bathroom is large has a tub. There is in suite laundry in the furnace area that also gives you a bit more storage space. There is a large living room with a accent fireplace on one wall that is very nice. The one bedroom would fit a queen-sized bed no issue with closet and the second bedroom is a bit smaller great for an office space/guest bedroom this has a walk-in closet. There is parking in the driveway for 2 cars, you have sole access to the car port as that is where you would enter into your unit, and there is some outside space in front of the shed you could use for table and chairs etc.. BBQ you can have right outside your apt door under the carport. $1695 plus 40% of the utilities (hydro, water & gas)
