Pros- Maintenance team is always friendly and does their best to resolve any issues efficiently. Paperwork is detailed and updates are given to residents with enough time to plan for changes. For the amount of space and the utilities covered under the lease the price is still one of the better deals in town. Neighbors have all been very friendly so far, and the hallways do get cleaned on a fairly regular basis. I haven't had any issues with receiving mail/packages. There is exterior lighting and cameras in the parking areas and by the front doors, and the buzzer system does give me some peace of mind. Cons- Parking is out of ratio to the amount of vehicle the residents have and in the winter plowing the parking areas is hard to keep up with. Management is spread thin between two properties and so you need to schedule any discussions with them about a week in advance. Windows do not seal as well as you would hope for an area that gets as cold as it does, but because the rooms are water heated it does not cost the residents directly. There is really only one side of one building that has a good view, and the commercial trucks that drive by do take some getting used to. My roommate had a package stolen from another resident and management was unable to assist unfortunately.

Vehicles broken into, constant promises from management company to improve. Limited parking, overpriced for what you get. Typical oilfield gouging.
