We currently have a bright, updated two-bedroom suite for rent for March! This unit is a sunny, south facing, third floor, corner unit with a large wrap around balcony. The spacious suite is available for $2200 and has newer carpets, matching vinyl, new paint throughout, new fixtures and a newer fridge. If you are a plant lover, this bright and sunny balcony has a ton of room for planters or for just enjoying the view. Hot water is included in the rent but tenants pay for hydro, which is reasonably priced since the unit has base-board heating. Bristol Apartments is located at the intersection of Cook and View. The building is a short walk to the popular Cook St. village area and the downtown core. It is also very close to many bus routes. We are looking for good and quiet tenants who might be in a position to sign a one-year lease. Please feel free to contact the building manager to set up a viewing appointment.
2-bedroom apartments at Bristol Apartments cost about 9% less than the average rent price for 2-bedroom apartments in Fernwood.
