We had a need to not only live in a good apartment, but also one with good management/maintenance personnel/etc. Everybody working at La Ventana has been wonderful to talk to, competent, and helpful. Edward Lopez primarily helped us lease here, and was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly - going above and beyond in these categories. We were legitimately impressed with how he treated us through the process. Over 6 months in and we haven't had any issues here. When we have a maintenance issue they make it easy on us cause they handle it quickly & properly fix the issue contrasting how other places can be. Everything I am mentioning is an extreme relief after having been treated poorly by people working at another apartment as well as other problems there. We are extremely, legitimately thankful to be able to leave that bad experience behind since now we are here at La Ventana. So much to deal with in life without having to deal with problems cause of apartments and its personnel. If you can relate: I'd definitely recommend living here. -Michael Thank you Edward for helping us get a nice apartment and into a better home, we have enjoyed being here this far. The maintenance here is exceptionally fast in my opinion with fixes being done well! I was surprised how quick the maintenance was to install a new dryer for us when we had a broken one. La Ventana team keeps up with a nice environment for everyone and I see they keep making great improvements - so thank you all for giving us a good home to live - It is very much appreciated. You really know the worth of a home, when you've lived somewhere with a lot of bad treatment and experiences. It gives a level of appreciation I don't think one understands without going through the bad. -Kiley Bone
