So I’ve been living here since 2022 I would just like to say since starting nursing school I have had to work part time so I always pay rent in full but sometimes just sometimes … my little part time check falls a day after the 5th which is the extended day you can be late ; and I just want to thank the leasing office and leasing manager sometimes for waiving the late fees I don’t want to make a habit of being behind so sometimes I do pay them just to show good faith but being a full time college student it’s just so nice and kind of them to help me out from time to time when they can , also haven’t had any trash fees on my account in almost two months so I wish everyone would stop ! you guys need to make sure your bags is in the trash and they won’t fine you they just want to keep the property CLEAN. I promise ! also I take them elsewhere if the trash is overfilled to avoid a trash fine . ( let’s use our brains )! this apartment is in the most safest part of town and also so convenient being located by midtown . overall my stay here is 10:10 I have recommended many of my friends to stay here . they also keep up with landscaping and cleanliness I love that they have ppl here twice a week to do that ! just wanted to leave something positive . Thanks guys for making my stay comfortable.

There is drug dealer who lives in the first building who is constantly making deals which leads to many of unknown people at the location and a lot of loitering and constant weed smell. They charge a $25 fee because I left my trash bag behind the trash doors. I asked about it and they told me I need to open to trash can and place it in there even thought the top lid and side door were closed and there were other trash bags all around the dumpster so I could not get in. My apartment continually smelled like weed because of my neighbors smoking and they were aware and never did anything about it. There is a bunch of loitering in the parking lot at all times of the day by people who do not even reside there. Every time I went outside, at least one person was smoking weed on the stairs.
