The swimming pool and hot tub are centrally located in the courtyard, which is delicately landscaped with palm trees and gated for resident access only. We accommodate a wide variety of residents; which include: families, students, military, USM personnel, and business professionals. Concord is ideal for students as it’s just a short walk to class. And for those individuals who work in Hattiesburg or in the surrounding area; Concord allows smooth access to Hwy 49 and Interstate 59. Loved staying here for 3 years! The private patio and well kept pool was a huge plus. In addition the maintenance requests were always filled super quickly! Good management and they worked to help keep everyone safe.
