Nestled in picturesque woods close to Little Traverse Bay, our well maintained community is just a walk away from Petoskey's famed Gaslight District which is full of fantastic shopping and dining establishments. All members of our community have access to a large play area that is equipped with barbeque grills and tables for picnics and cook-outs. Applications and flyers with unit layouts are available upon request. Barrier free units may be available. Come visit us today! Rent is Based on Income.
