This community is low-income, income based with Rental Assistance for the majority of our residents. Our office is located on site. Nestled in picturesque woods close to Little Traverse Bay, our well maintained community is just a walk away from Petoskey's famed Gaslight District which is full of fantastic shopping and dining establishments. All members of our community have access to a large play area that is equipped with barbeque grills and tables for picnics and cook-outs.
