My husband and I have lived at Sutter Commons for over six months now, and we’re both very happy to call it home. Over all the years that I’ve lived in apartment complexes, this by far surpasses all of my expectations when it comes to feeling comfortable and secure where I live. The management is truly phenomenal! They really care about their residence safety, comfort, and clean surroundings. It doesn’t matter the day or time that you call on them for assistance, they get back to you right away. And the rent you pay is worth every penny for the floor plan and materials used to make each apartment feel more like home. I am grateful to the management team for all the hard work they put into the apartment complex and the residents that live there. And I’m thankful, that this is where we call home.

Been living here for a month and have not had any issues or problems. Everything is walking distance and it being a gated community is a nice bonus. It's quiet at night and I feel safe. new kitchen and granite countertops were a huge plus for me. Also that it's pet friendly.
