Upon entering this apartment building, you are in the common hallway. You enter your apartment through the far door in the back of the hallway. After going through your apartment door, you have your private stairs to the 2nd story. At the top of the steps you are in the hallway which leads to the living room, eat-in kitchen, and bathroom. From the living room, you can access the bedroom or storage attic space. The living room also has a little storage closet. The bedroom has two closets and is large enough for a king size bedroom set. The eat-in kitchen has a gas stove, refrigerator and access to the balcony. The balcony has steps that take you down to the shared back yard. Pets (small pets only) are accepted on a case by case basis, but please keep in mind breed restrictions apply. Pet fee's will be added on top of rent. No cooling, tenant will need to supply own window units. Gas heat and cooking and hot water. Residents are responsible for gas and electric. Water, sewer, trash, lawn maintenance, snow removal are included. Section 8 is not participating at this location. On street parking. 18-22 month lease agreement is required.
