I've lived here for almost 10 years. The company that bought the property in 2022 was awful but the current company is great. They took over this last fall and have been wonderful. They're friendly and maintenance is prompt in addressing any issues. I'm glad I decided to renew my lease.

We have lived at many apt locations in several towns and cities. You will NOT find any better place to live than Brixin Franklin. The Office Staff Sarah Goodwin Property Mgr and Madison Ass't Property Mgr; Maintenance Staff Kevin Hall Maintenance Supv and Patrick Maintenance Tech take OUTSTANDING CARE OF RESIDENTS. The Staff really genuinely care about the residents. Their PRIMARY AND ONLY CONCERN IS THE RESIDENTS SATISFACTION AND WELL BEING. The staff is exceptionally knowledgeable and polite and VERY CARING here at Brixin Franklin. Maintenance is addressed within 24 to 48 hrs, with NO repeat maintenance call backs for the same issue. The community grounds are very clean, well kept up, immaculate, and it is very safe and secure to live here. Then units are all very clean, and freshly painted with laminate flooring. We LOVE and appreciate the IN UNIT Washer and dryer. Very quiet; and private community. The neighbors are all very friendly. The units are all very well insulated, with optional garages if open and available. You will NOT find any better place to call HOME than BRIXIN FRANKLIN.
