Ive been here for almost a year & it’s really quiet , &clean. you don’t see weird ppl walking around or trash all over the place. I literally walk pass packages & later in the day they still will be there ! I’ve never had a problem with getting things stolen or having to worry about my car being towed like some apartments. Anytime I’ve ever had an issue& it’s been rare like they have took care of my issue right away . Israel & Julio from the maintenance team are awesome & Naomi in the office has been helpful since I’ve moved in . So if your looking for a nice quiet ,clean , location, apply & they will work with you like they did me & don’t forget to ask about any move in specials!!

I didn’t end up staying here due to changes in my sons school but loved every second of my experience! The girls in the office were amazing & easy to talk too! When I get asked about apartments in the area, I recommend them to City-Base Vista and to work with Shayla!
