Some great staff members, from the office to the maintenance. Really quick response and services. Great living space at an inexpensive price. I live in a two bedroom, two bath with a garage. Paying around $1,700 a month. Maintenance is quick to fix or replace any issues I have had. They fixed my AC same day, replaced my garage door, called in for pest control and got that issue resolved in a timely manner. Solid 12 out of 10 work.

The office staff are very helpful and friendly, which is very rare in an apartment complex now days. I leave my ac at 67 during the summer never had an issue. They have landscapers keeping the complex looking nice. It’s just overall been a great experience 24 hour gym access, clubhouse for kids, and 3 pools with allot of friendly tenants. The staff, maintenance, and amenities bring a whole new level of service that makes every other complex in the valley look mediocre.
