I moved here with the old management and they were awful. The new owners of the property are really trying to turn it around. They added a bunch of security measures. They’re upgrading stuff. Sade’ is absolutely amazing, she will work with you and keeps you informed. She has honestly turned my whole perspective of these apartments around.

Trina has been sure a pleasure meeting during this new transition for me. I'm an older guy and she didn't hesitate to go over & beyond. She helped me set up my ga power ,& all. Today is move in day , I'm ready .

New tenant here. First I wanna say that Marvin is excellent when it comes to any questions or concerns I had before and after I moved into the apartment. Anytime I call he answers and helps me with no hesitation. Second thing I wanna say is that the maintenance supervisor Rico (think I spelled it right) is honestly the best when it comes to maintenance. He really knows his stuff when it comes to fixing or replacing anything in the apartment, he answers any questions or concerns I have about anything. He also does a very good job at making sure his maintenance staff knows what they are doing and have the knowledge to fix any problems

My family needed a place to live immediately. Sade' Strange, the Property Manager at Park At Northside, was very helpful in getting us an apartment in one day. Cassi, the Assistant Manager, went out of her way to make sure we had an apartment right away. Our family is eternally greatful to them both for working so hard to help our family! It was a true miracle! We moved in on December 28, 2024 and the apartment is so beautiful! Thank you Sade' and Cassi, you have have truly blessed us so much!

This is a review for the best Staff member in the office Ms.Kiki she always smiling and very helpful Ms.Kiki have excellent customer service . Yeah u can always call her and she will answer all your questions or get the answer for you. Every time you see Ms Kiki she is working and helping out in the field. She need to have the property by herself she do it all . She even do beyond what she supposed to do in the park apartments community . She need Ms a promotion and raise . She is a Wonderful Blessed person

Hi I wanted to thank you guys for everything that you guys have done less than a week new owners new team new management you guys have been working so hard to make sure that we’re OK and that we are happy thank you for fixing finally after six months. We have a new air central. It feels good to be able to cook and sleep you guys didn’t even hesitate to change everything and put everything brand new wanted to appreciate the new management sade strange and thanks the guys you have here they are a beast We’re speechless apt 904 💪🙏👍

I've been living in this apartment complex for a while now, and I have to say, the new management has been a game-changer. Sade, the new property manager, is incredible. She may come off as stern, but once you get to know her, you'll see she's genuinely a beautiful person who cares deeply about the residents. She goes above and beyond to ensure everything is taken care of promptly. Before she took over, I was waiting months for maintenance issues to be resolved. Now, Sade gets things done the next day, if not the same day. The complex itself is beautiful, and I live in one of the townhomes. It's safe to say I love it here. Highly recommend!

The staff here is very nice. From the viewing of my apartment down to assisting when needed, they’ve been there when needed! If you plan on moving here I would definitely recommend here. The price you can’t beat, the apartments are nice and spacious also the location is very convenient!
