Me and my dad lived here back in September of 2011 over all our experience was nice it's not a bad apartment complex but I will say apartment 23 H is haunted 👻 we thought we was going crazy at first but no it was definitely haunted lol we were only here for maybe two months because of this and a few other reasons we was just going thru a ruff time back then I know we broke our lease and I think they sued us over it but sometimes it just is what it is 🤷 Me and my friends we're just talking about how my old apartment was haunted and that's what made me post this review 10 years later 🤣. I think it's under new ownership now tho it was the reserve at three Rivers back then. But yeah over all it wasn't a bad place at all and good location.

The Reserve at Three Rivers was one of the homiest apartments we have ever lived at. It is still "home" to us to this day! I have absolutely no complaints, the staff was great, helpful and I am still friends with the staff today :)
