We currently have 2 bedrooms 1 bath apartments available. We are located just a short distance from ESU, grocery stores, gas stations and I-35. We are a pet friendly property. Our pet deposit is a one-time $250 with a limit of 2 pets. Pet rent is $25 per month per pet. Our application fee is $50, which will apply towards your deposit upon approval. We offer a low deposit of $200.
