If you are an applicant with limited English proficiency, you are entitled to submit a request for an additional 24 hours to provide you with more time to seek language assistance services for the purpose of complying with the landlord‘s screening and application requirements.

This is a newer multi level unit with 1 bedroom and bath upstairs and 1 bedroom and bath downstairs. The unit has a fully applianced kitchen and a stack washer & dryer. Pets are allowed but we prefer dogs that are under 50 lbs. Each pet requires an additional deposit of $250 and pet rent of $35 a month.
