I’ve lived here since June and this has been my favorite place to live yet. If you need proof, I started off with a 6 month lease, and even upgraded to a bigger apartment and signed a longer lease. The units themself are spacious and everything is brand new and modern. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. At least once a week I find myself bringing the pups in to visit the office girls to chat! Amy, Rachel and Bethany are the best! The maintenance is by far the best maintenance staff I’ve ever had. They respond so quickly and go above and beyond to make sure my stay here goes as smoothly as possible. I cannot stress enough how amazing Mark is. The events that the apartment holds here are always so fun! In the summer we had pool parties where we would grill out and in the fall we’ve been watching Browns games on the rooftop lounge with our giant flat screen TV and fireplace. Did I mention the rooftop deck has city views? Whether you’re having a taco pot luck with all of your friends or watching a spooky movie with blankets and wine, the rooftop deck is the place to be. Both of the Quarter buildings have a chic modern hotel feel to them. The whole apartment is like a giant community and even more so like a family. I promise you, living here will be the best decision you make.
