One pet is welcome with a $300 non refundable pet fee and an additional $35 monthly fee for a cat. One dog may be considered for an additional $50/month Trash is a flat $20 per month. Tenant is responsible for water and sewer. Tenant will put gas heat and electric into their name(s) and pay directly to the utility provider. Each adult must complete an application, application fee is $40 each. Full background check, criminal check, and eviction history search required.
