The kitchen features lower cabinets on one side and open shelving beneath the counter on the opposite wall. Just beyond the kitchen is a full bathroom with stand-up shower and bathtub. Beyond the bathroom, you'll find the bedroom, complete with walk-in closet storage behind the bedroom door. Rental Criteria: Income Requirement: Gross income must be 2.5x–3x the monthly rent amount, or 2.5x–3x your portion of rent. Credit Score: A minimum credit score of 600 from at least one applicant (or a qualified cosigner). Credit & Background Check: All applicants over the age of 18 will be screened with a credit and background check. Formal Rental History - at least 1 year (or a qualified cosigner).
