The management staff is awsome. We had a issue were a water pipe broke and the apartment was flooded with an inch of water. It sounds like a big deal but the response from management was immediate, professional, and courteous. They kept us informed at every step of the process and quickly resolved the issue.

We have lived in Huntsville Parc for over two years and love it here. Before moving in we toured over 15 different apartment communities and decided on Huntsville Parc after reading the great reviews they received online. And now two years later we have not been disappointed. We love just about everything about the place. In fact we slightly considered not writing this review so as to keep it a secret ;) That would not be fair though to the team that works in the office. They really are the key to the success of this place and deserve accolades. The whole team has a great attitude and really cares about the tenants and facilities. We also really appreciate the maintenance crew that works tirelessly to keep the car wash, dog wash, exterior lighting, buildings, garage doors, air conditioners, appliances and many other things in great condition. The response time to maintenance calls is awesome, usually the same day. As for the facilities, we love the landscaping with all the sidewalks and shrubs that are well manicured every Thursday. The buildings are well made and very quiet. We are very happy with our 3 bedroom layout which works very well for our family of four. We had planned to move into a house after getting familiar with the town but have been so comfortable here we still haven’t even looked. This is a quiet community that is great for families and professionals.
