Nice place to live. Never had any big issues. Great location next to the interstate and only a few minutes away from food and baseball! Lots of trails just a few minutes drive away. Approximately 15 minutes (with traffic) to the UoA. Dog friendly complex. Always felt safe here at all times of the day. Johnson Police Department rolls through a few times a day. Management team is very friendly and responds well to requests. Great communication. Move in and move out process was simple (so was the living part!). Maintenance team is great. Always a pleasure to chat with and friendly. They definitely work hard to keep everything operating. I wish you all the best!

I moved in about 5 months ago and I have to say the property and the management team and leasing staff has been the greatest. The maintenance staff works really hard to continue to keep the property and apartments clean and kept up. The new maintenance supervisor Dimitri has been so nice every time I see him and will go out of his way to say hi in passing. Thru out COVID maintenance still pushes hard to complete and work orders I have put in and they update me if there is any delay. I would highly highly recommend this property to my friends and family. I am happy to call this my home.
