Every attempt is made to complete maintenance requests within 24 hours. We are just minutes from Clayton and convenient to the Delmar Loop, Washington U., the Galleria, & Brentwood Shopping. Pet friendly! Maximum occupancy is 4 people, 3 unrelated adults, by University City Municipal Law. Occupancy permit required, University City school district. Pet friendly!
