This townhome features carpet in the living room and bedrooms. Beautiful kitchens and baths and assigned parking. Move in Special! Our move-in special ensures that this property won't last long! Qualifying applicants with good credit and rent history will receive the first full month rent free on a 13-month lease. The sparkling pool is a welcome sight in the summer and our professional snow removal company attends to our grounds in a timely fashion during the wintertime. Every attempt is made to complete maintenance requests within 24 hours. We are just minutes from Clayton and convenient to the Delmar Loop, Washington U., the Galleria, & Brentwood Shopping. Pet-friendly, one small dogs up to 20 lbs or up to 2 cats are gladly accepted with a pet rent of $25.00 per animal.
