This spacious three bedroom, two full bathroom townhouse has just had a beautiful face lift. As you enter through your own private entrance you will be greeted with brand new luxury vinyl flooring throughout. With 1800 square feet and an open living space you will have plenty of room to entertain. The new kitchen has ample cabinet space and granite countertops to allow the chef in you to shine. The lower level has a finished living space and a separate utility room with washer & dryer connections as well as storage space. Upstairs you will find three roomy bedrooms with brand new carpet and the second bathroom. The sparkling pool is a welcome sight in the summer and our professional snow removal company attends to our grounds in a timely fashion during the wintertime. Every attempt is made to complete maintenance requests within 24 hours. We are just minutes from Clayton and convenient to the Delmar Loop, Washington U., the Galleria, & Brentwood Shopping. Pet friendly! Maximum occupancy is 6 people, 3 unrelated adults, by University City Municipal Law. Occupancy permit required, University City school district. Pet friendly! Cats welcome with $25 pet rent per pet, maximum 2. 1 dog welcome under 25 lbs with $25.00 per month pet rent. (To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require EVERYONE to complete a profile (No Pet/Pet/Animal).
