My experience was super awesome! Kip Development was extremely helpful, I had some unexpected things come up that required me to terminate my lease. They walked me through every step of the way and were extremely understanding of my circumstances. I would be happy to rent from Kip Development again, I had no issues whatsoever with them and am very pleased with Kip Development's service and understanding. If you ever need a manager to work with you, ask for Tanya. She was fantastic.

Kip development has and continues to be a wonderful business to work with. It is quick and easy to sign a lease and is one of the only apartment rental business that allows for you to pay your monthly rent or any other fees online which is extremely convenient. All of the apartments are like new when you move into them and it is quick and easy to get anything repaired when it breaks. The kip staff that manage the properties are simply the best to work with. They want you to have the best living experience that you can when living in any of their apartments and that is exactly what you will have. You may be able to find cheaper apartments in the Pullman area but I guarantee that that you will not regret spending a few more dollars to get what KIP has to offer. If you are a student looking for a place close to campus hurry and sign a lease today because the location of the Latah Apartments is absolutely perfect. It is 1 block from campus and there are bus stops very near by that will take you to anywhere you need to be. You will not be disappointed when you get an apartment here and hurry because they fill up fast!
