Loved living here!! I needed a 6months lease which is hard to find in this area. The property was willing to accommodate my situation and made the process so easy for me. I had a 1bd/1bth. Plenty of space and storage. $1,400 per month was well worth it and to feel safe in the community as well. I miss this apartment and the location can’t be beat with grocery stores and restaurants close by along with easy access to the highway.

We chose Wilkeswood after deciding to relocate to Wilkes-Barre. Originally, we did not plan on being in the area, long term, but living at Wilkeswood Has changed that. We have now been here for three years, just signed another lease, and don’t have any plans to leave anytime soon. The location is incredibly convenient as you are close by to just about everything you could possibly need in this area. The property itself is beautiful with really nice views lots of foliage to maintain privacy, even when living in an apartment complex. Linda, the property manager is very kind and willing to help out with any problem And the maintenance team comes quickly, even after hours if something needs immediate attention. We love that there is a dog park to use on site and a really nice pool where they host lots of Events over the summer. Overall, we have very few complaints About living here. The appliances and bathrooms, depending on your unit, can be a little dated But everything functions as it should And if anything comes up, the team is available almost immediately to take care of it! We love being a part of the Wilkeswood community And will probably be here for many more years to come.
