My friend mentioned the Broadmoor today and I decided to read reviews,he lived there for 30 years & I lived there 20 years. We both moved on in 2016,and are happy in our current locations. It's nice to see there are improvements & dwellers are seeming happy,when it was run by WEB PROPERTIES it was really going downhill & that was a huge part of why I left, there was also mold in the ceilings and garbage all over,not to mention the partying and non stop criminal activity! Another friend was recently inside the building & said it looks great,we go to Brownes regularly because we are still part of the community & the outside looks fantastic. Who knows maybe I will go back one day,job well done to the new owners. That building holds a large chunk of my memories and life experiences,my grandma also lived there & her dying wish was to go home. I wish all renters happy experiences there,and enjoy the river view it was my favorite part!!!!!!
A year ago my young small family moved into The Broadmoor, into a 1bd 1bth unit. I’ve lived all over Spokane in various neighborhoods and housing unit types, with that said I can confidently say living here has been an overall easy living experience. The cost seems a bit much if you’re just looking at the price tag, however as you explore what they offer in exchange, you’ll find it’s worth it. The security and community has made these apartments the safest I have ever experienced. They’ve got cameras at all entrances, limited and secured access to the building, round the clock security guards that round the perimeter and halls of the premises regularly throughout the day and night, and a truly friendly management team that genuinely cares about the experience residents here have while staying at the Broadmoor. They even do grounds maintenance, so it saves on gardening and landscaping or household appliance repairs/replacements. Anytime I called the office with concerns or issues, we were promptly and professionally attended to. The maintenance team Kevin and Paul are kind and diligent in their work, as well as Nina and Stephan down in the office. Even off the clock, we’ve personally shared plenty of pleasant conversation and received generous support towards our family. 10/10 we chose to continue our stay, extending our time in Spokane.

We feel safe and comfortable living at the Broadmoor because of the efforts of the management team, Nina and Ellie, and the maintenance folks, Kevin and Rob. Whenever we have contacted the front office the response has been positive and constructive. It is interesting to me that so many residents can have such different reactions to the same apartment building and staff. We have been here since December of 2021 with many personal challenges but we have been respected by everyone employed here. We show them our respect and don't expect them to solve problems outside of their professional capacities.

The Broadmore apts have made me and my family very happy. Iv lived here a year now and am about to release for my second year. The security doors, patrole, private parking, cameras, all add to a very safe and secure environment. On top of the amenities the staff is very involved with the community. Kevin, Paul, nina,and Stephen!! have gone above and beyond to make sure the communities is happy and involved. There always ready to help and assist down at the office and if u get to meet them I'm sure you'll agree with me on there charismatic nature. The place is kept clean and there response time has been phenomenal. Thank you very much for your hard work, and I highly recommend the Broadmore apts.

I love living in the Broadmoor. Everyone here is super friendly and helpful. I had a sudden plumbing emergency one evening after work and Nina, Erika, and Kevin were all SO HELPFUL! Even though it was after-hours, they all leapt into action right away and brought a plumber to my apartment who replaced the pipe and fixed the leak that same evening. Additionally, everyone has been really helpful when it comes to things like replacing my screens, installing my AC unit, replacing my lights in the kitchen. Thanks for everything you guys! You're the best!
The manager Stephen is amazing!! This was by far the easiest process I've ever experienced to move in. I'm excited to live here, especially knowing your management is as friendly and knowledgeable as he was. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice apartment with awesome management.
I posted the original comment right after moving in. I can say these negative comments I read are absolutely ridiculous. This place is great, and Stephen is awesome. The common areas are always clean, I've never smelled anything bad throughout the halls. The building is secured, so nothing weird ever going on. It's usually very quiet, actually. As for the laundry situation, it's not a laundromat, so the number of machines is normal. I've never had an issue getting an available machine any time I've gone to do laundry. This property is one of the best I've lived at and the people talking $&*t are trippin
I have been at the Broadmoor for two months now. First, the location is wonderful. The view is of the Spokane River, and you are close to downtown Spokane. They have a pet spa, wonderful security systems (accessible by phone app) and a convenient garbage location.
I'd like to especially mention how helpful Stephen has been. He painstakingly showed me every amenity of the apartment complex, and is always ready to assist tenants. In my view, it's entirely appropriate to state that Stephen is a man of real character. He consistently shows concern for tenants, and has the utmost patience when explaining what The Broadmoor has to offer to new tenants.

Property management worked quickly, effectively, and efficiently with me upon a spontaneous move in. Stephen answered every question with confidence and kept me up to date. Great communication! Nina has been an excellent example of management and is a great conversationalist! The maintenance crew has been on top of addressing deficiencies when brought to their attention and that’s greatly appreciated!
