I genuinely feared for my life living here. Homeless camps popping up and staying for months, constant police clashes with said homeless. Even saw some hit and runs and people freezing to death, all from the comfort of my balcony. Got charged everything from carpet cleaning fees (300$) (i had hardwood floors) to drip-pan replacement (150$). Rent used to be 900/mo in 2020, and they got another thousand in sudden fees upon leaving.
