I've been living at Urbana Apartments in Chula Vista for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The cleanliness of the apartment complex is impeccable, with common areas constantly monitored and maintained. It’s always a pleasure to see everything vacuumed, mopped, and dusted regularly, which really makes a difference in creating a comfortable living environment. Valeria and Janitzza from the leasing office have been outstanding. They're incredibly knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and compassionate. Any time I’ve had a problem or concern, they have handled it immediately and effectively. They consistently go above and beyond to accommodate my needs, even staying late to fit my work schedule, which I truly appreciate. It is this attentiveness that provides me a reassuring feeling of being in good hands, being taken care of like family, and ultimately one of the key reasons I chose to live here.

I love living at Urbana apartments for several reasons , first being it is the cleanest and well maintained area and it is one of the best in the surroundings in downtown Chula Vista. Secondly the staff is very friendly, Janitzza and Lou are absolute best they always got the answers for all my questions instantly. Thirdly the maintenance guys are very good, they have always resolved all our problems within a timely manner. The roads and gardens are well maintained. Fourthly the management at Urbana always thinks about how to get the people at the apartments together. They respect the diversity and initiate programs to make the stay more worth.
