The Cottage’s is a single level, 55+ building located in the heart of Annandale. Each unit comes with an attached double garage, washer & dryer hookups and A/C. Entertain family in our beautiful community room with a full size kitchen. Down the road from Southbrook Golf Course, you will enjoy the local parks, shops and restaurants in the area along with easy access to the Twin Cities. Section 42 Income and Rent Guidelines Apply • On Site Management • Community Room • Washer/Dryer Hookups • Kitchen Facilities • Walk-In Closets • Attached Garages • Handicap Accessible Fees & Deposit Information: Application Fees- $45 per person Hold Deposit- $100 (will go towards deposit if approved, if denied this will be refunded) Deposit- $500 (unless conditionally approved, then a co-signer or higher deposit may be required) Utilities: Resident is responsible to pay for all utilities plus a $3.95 monthly utility admin fee. Section 42 Guidelines Apply Renter's Insurance: Renter's Insurance is Required, with minimum $100,000 liability coverage. If valid insurance is not provided and kept updated with management, household will be enrolled in Liability Coverage for an additional monthly fee for $15.00.
