About Rowand House
Rowand House is located right off 97 Avenue on the outskirts of Downtown Edmonton. Suites offer great views of the Legislature, Telus Field, Walterdale Bridge, and the North Saskatchewan River. There are lots of great walking trails, cafes, and parks nearby. Rowand House is one of the first high-rises in Downtown Edmonton. The location of the building offers a good balance if you want to live downtown without all the noise and foot traffic that comes with it. This is a pet free property, with a shared laundry room. Resident Manager lives on site. Please call our Resident Manager at 780-428-6488, office hours are 8:30am-5pm, Monday to Friday, to schedule a viewing.
