As for the building, it's well maintained with a live on-site Resident Manager to help ensure your home is taken care of. Underground parking is available as well as outdoor parking with car plugs. Suites are very spacious with a balcony. Capital Place is perfect for young families looking to have a home with easy access to public transportation, shops, and restaurants. There's shared laundry room facilities located in each building. This is a pet free property. Please call the Resident Manager at 780-478-1418 to book a viewing today. Their office hours are 8:30am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
