Surrey Manor Estates is located right off 111th Street offering an abundance of schools, parks, grocery stores, shops and restaurants nearby. Even if you don’t have a car public transport is available right outside the building. Access to major roads like 23 avenue, Whitemud Drive, Calgary Trail for any longer commutes. Century Park LRT Station is only a short walk away as well. All buildings offer 1 bed, 2 bed & 3 bedroom suites at a reasonable price. All suites offer either a balcony or deck space so that you can enjoy the outdoors from the comfort of your apartment. There is a shared laundry room facility at each building. Our Resident Manager lives on site to ensure your home is taken care of. This is a pet free property.
