Great luxury apartments in a beautiful community! We lived at the Concord for over a year and we felt right at home. The staff is so friendly and attentive, and the amenities, along with restaurants in the community were so nice & convenient.

Everyone in the leasing office is super helpful and very kind! It’s a great location with a lot close by. The complex is safe and clean and maintenance is always quick to help if I ever need anything. Everyone is friendly and the restaurants and shops are very convenient to get to. It’s nice to sit at the pool in the summer and the trees are so pretty in the fall. I love it here!!

So….I don’t usually write reviews…I like to live a quiet life. But I am so pleased with my move here to The Concord that I want to share my opinion. I have lived here for about six months and I love it. I am a retired single woman. First of all management, Jen and Jodie, are wonderful, and believe me I have had the opposite experience in the past so I really appreciate this. They helped me with my application as my bank is so security conscious that getting my info is a real challenge. I have locked myself out twice (you must have your cell phone and I am not really of the generation that carry’s a cell phone everywhere). Jodie, who is a sweetie, just walked me back and let me in while asking about how I am…..am I happy here?….well, yes. , thanks for asking. The office is on site and readily available and I am always greeted with kindness. I have not had too much to do with maintenance as these apartments are new and I have had no problems, but I will shout out to Sean ( hope I spelled that right) he put my screens in and on another occasion hauled away a chair I wanted to get rid of, an act which I am sure was over and above….thanks. The apartment is very nice, new, kind of a modern vibe which I like. The common areas are kept very clean, great care of the grounds. As an older woman living alone on the ground floor I do feel safe. I have not met, in my building, anyone who does not say hello or hold the door or offer to help with a package, nice group, all ages. And I love greeting all the dogs who live here, all well behaved and adorable. The location is great, everything I need in very close proximity. I raised my family a mile from here and Talleyville is a nice area. The pool looks nice, I will enjoy it this summer. There is a nice 2 story gym which looks great but I probably won’t be using it, more room for those that do. I live on the west side of the complex right off a very large parking lot which always has parking spots available. I remember having to park a few blocks away in previous apartments and so this is nice. So, just my experience. If you are in the market check it out.
