This apartment has air conditioning, a big plus on the hot summer days. Laminate wood floors throughout. Open style kitchen includes the stove/oven, dishwasher and fridge. This suite includes a large storage locker, which is located on the same floor as the apartment, providing added security as well as easier access to your stored items. Laundry is not insuite, however, machines are also located on the same floor as the apartment and are free to use, allowing for free; convenient laundry without paying for the use of them in your hydro bill. Heat and AC Included. Electric (BC Hydro) not included. Unfortunately there is no parkade in this building, so parking is not included or available. Very central location at Burrard and Nelson. Just a short walk to the Burrard Street Sky Train Station. Grocery Store (IGA), Starbucks, The YMCA, and the Scotia Theatres are all located on the same block, just a couple of minutes walk away.
