One of the best places I’ve lived. Manager is super nice, and I got hand rails put into the shower because I’m disabled. I have a service/seizure dog and he loves her, too, which I’ve always thought was funny since he’s super protective of me. Anything that breaks inside since the buildings are old is immediately replaced.

They allow the people who love thee to abuse there kids and party and fight all hours of the night so anyone who actually has a job ans has to wake up has to deal with loud rude tenants who r horrid in every sense of the word. No one stops it if u call the police they hear the sirens and all of a sudden r super quiet then after cops r gone they threaten and become more horrible. How people like this are allowed to stay blows my mind. two years later, they are worse nobody does anything about it. They do drugs in and out of this apartment complex there are people who fight with knives I mean a lady was literally chasing her boyfriend whatever with a knife threatening to kill him nobody stop it. Nobody nobody cares and I won’t be surprised if in the next month or so somebody dies this place is obnoxious and horrible and there are some really good tenants, but they do not deal with the bad ones and that’s the problem . The manager is the worst and I’ll tell you what if you are a decent person who actually needs the help and lives there and you’re on disability or something that will not help you. I know one lady there who is really kind and they’re just jerks to her and I wish I could help her more but I’ll tell you what , if they don’t change management and get some nice people working in this place I hope it falls to the ground. I know for a fact that people who live around it in another apartment complex and it’s not even like right next to it but they are so loud and obnoxious that, we’re going to be calling the cops every single time there’s a problem now since nobody will do anything we have to, and hopefully at least it will stop the bad tenants since the manager doesn’t deal with them and she treats the tenants horribly. It’s so backwards. I kind of wonder if she gets paid to have bad and it’s in there like maybe they’re giving her drugs or something and so she keeps them in there and that’s why she treats a good tenants badly who knows
