The closet parking is Chew, 4th, 5th, or Turner Heating is electric baseboard heat. Cooking and Hot Water is Gas. No utilities are included. Water & Sewer are billed back every 3 months via Ratio billing. Trash is an additional $50/month. Renter's insurance/Landlord Liability Protection Insurance is required and if not provided, will be charged back to you through rent.
