Jason has been absolutely wonderful in touring the building, discussing all the leasing details, and being an all around pleasant person to work with. I signed a lease shortly after talking to Jason, what a great first impression of the property.

I moved into this amazing building just over a week ago. It is absolutely fantastic! First off the leasing office, and Jason, who helped me are exceptional. He is a great guy, extremely thorough and made the whole process seamless. The building in and of itself is incredible. Top quality, first class service from everyone, including the contracted valet service. The concierge staff is amazing and super friendly and all of the building support staff made moving in so easy. The amenities are fantastic from the 40th floor lounge with a view, to the second floor library and work spaces. Love that they not only have complementary coffee in the library, but they have Equator and Philz!!! They also have a printer for residents. So helpful. Small things but incredible amenities. It’s the little things that make a difference. Apartment with hardwood floors and Bosch appliances is awesome. Clean and modern…Truly first class The bathroom is great as well with terrific water pressure and fixtures. I have not been in the pool yet, but I did enjoy lunch on the pool deck, as it was a great place to take a little sun. So nice to have awesome outdoor space at the building.. the review is really long already, but a special call out to a few people: Jason and the team in leasing, Carlos, Apo, Mohan, Ghurka, Daniel, Reuben and Samed in Valet, Sergio, Yvonne, Kamrin, Danny and Christian at Concierge services, Larry who helped with move in, Michael, chief engineer and Darian in security. All helpful, friendly and good people to make FifteenFifty a great home. 5 stars to the building, it’s people and the experience without a doubt 👍👍
