Modern 2 bed 2 bath apartments tucked away in a beautiful country setting. All of our apartments are 2 bed 2 bath only with a maximum occupancy of 4 persons. Our welcoming, pet-friendly community offers relaxing amenities, such as a saltwater swimming pool with a large sundeck, pet park, playground and outdoor kitchen with gas grill. Our rental rates are based on 12 month leases. Your rent will include pest control, trash service, landscaping and the use of our community's amenities. Utilities that are separate include electricity, water, and your choice of phone/internet/cable services. All of our apartments feature hardwood inspired flooring or ceramic tile and carpet. Each apartment has ceiling fans, large closets, kitchen pantry, washer/dryer hook ups, an electric stove, dishwasher and refrigerator with ice maker. *This property does not participate in Section 8 or income based programs.
