Just signed my renewal lease with the Bluffs. It has been an enjoyable experience. When a mix up involving my underground parking space occurred, the property manager quickly resolved it, The staff at the Bluffs (including the office and maintenance) have always been very professional.

We have lived here for almost two months and have loved it so far. The apartments are spacious and very well kept. The hallways and elevator are always well maintained and clean. The office staff and maintenance are amazing!! They are always quick to respond to any questions/concerns. They also make sure to have some kind of event going each month for the tenants to enjoy, which is nice especially when you move here and don't know anybody yet. All of our neighbors seem to be kind and respectful thus far so that's always a plus when you live in an apartment.
