Resident responsible for a annual parking pass if needed (Through the City of Barre- it's about $20 a month) Cat's negotiable for an additional $25 a month per cat. No dogs please. No smoking. Heat: Baseboard- hot water Internet/Cable: Spectrum or Consolidated Communications Rental Criteria: $25 background and credit check required for anyone over the age of 18 Credit score of at least 600 from one of the applicants (or a cosigner) Gross household income of at least 3x the rent amount Rental history (or a cosigner) 1 year lease required Application Process: We always recommend viewing the property before putting in a rental application (but it’s up to you!)
