About Furnished bedroom w private bathroom in shared house
We are 2 mature professionals (25-35) looking to replace our roommate. Our house is located one block from transit to downtown Vancouver and is near Kerrisdale shops and restaurants. Transit to UBC is nearby as well. The house is located near the Arbutus Greenway and bike routes which make it convenient when cycling around Vancouver. We are usually working during the week but enjoy spending time together, sharing meals and a few laughs. Ideally, we are looking for a clean, respectful like minded individual to share our house with. It’s not a party house though we do like to kick back and enjoy a drink together. The house is non smoking. You would be sharing the 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom basement suite. The good sized bedroom comes with a double bed, dresser and closet. Furniture and dishes are provided. The room also has a newly renovated private bathroom with a toilet, bathtub and shower. Rent including free laundry, Netflix, large screen HGTV, high speed fibre optic internet and other utilities is $1150 per month. Room is for a single person only.
